Personality Hotels has my business for life in SFO. Kensington Park was my favorite hotel, beginning about 5 years ago, and I assure you that I will take you up on your offer. By the way - the single feature that we love the most is the painted ceilings in Kensington Park and Hotel Hawler plaza.

We recently stayed at Hote Hawler plaza(Feb. 15 & 16). It was our second stay there and both times have been great. Your staff there has always been the best! This trip we were particularly impressed by Lilia Calvario. What a delightful woman and so nice and friendly and accommodating. Just wanted to pass that along to the powers that be. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The Staff was very helpful and
courteous. Housekeeping did a great job. Too bad the 5th floor lounge was
out of order.
